The quality was exceptional.  Although there was a small error in the product received, they immediately refunded my money for the incorrect products sent and told me I could keep the ones sent in error. This was my first time ordering from Nusso.  Overall I am very pleased, the pillow forms are fantastic, so nice and full, and a price that can't be beat.  They only thing is...I ordered off the website, and I never received a confirmation of my order, it took two weeks for me to ever hear anything from Nusso.  When I finally did though, everything moved very quickly, and I was extremely satisfied.  So, as an improvement, confirmations of orders should be sent by e-mail as soon as an order is placed, or within 24 hours.  That would make Nusso extra fabulous!

Note From Nusso - FedeEx ground is usually very fast (often next day for cities within a couple of hours). Shipping costs are reflective of the bulky nature of the product and we strive to charge precisely the amount we get billed.

Nusso was great. You had both bolts of fabric that I was looking for, which caught me off guard.I was expecting you to have only one of the two I needed. I'll be a regular at your Toronto location. 
Next time I'm in, I'll ask about delivery, because I'm from Hamilton. Sometimes, delivery is easier, sometimes being there in person is better. Your selection of broadcloth colours was great. But I did not notice any super bright (fluorescent) colours,  which I use in my "Adopt Me" bandannas (used by dog rescues and foster parents, to let people know the dog is not theirs but available for adoption). Although I was not looking for that today.

    We have used your quilt battings with great success. We can fill two 7 foot x 7 foot sleeping bags forms with one king size batt The second one gets to be patched a little...no problem..we use spray glue with success. We always add a flannelette sheet or some scrappy fabric as an insert to create another layer for insulation from the cold. I am enclosing a picture of some of our sleeping bags. (bedrolls) We make the bed rolls from scrap fabric sewn into panels to measure 7x7. Then we put the "square" onto a quilt frame with a lining and batting and then tie knots to keep the "sandwich" together. Sewers then surge around the edge of the sandwich and after folding it in half, sew across the bottom, putting ties that will hold the roll together.We deliver the bags to our sister church who take them into downtown Edmonton when they take food and other supplies to the homeless each week. Last year our group made 34 sleeping bags plus many quilts that were delivered to a children's home here in Edmonton.

    I have recently opened a small business making decor cushions and sell same either directly on via consignment into shops in my city. I am absolutely THRILLED with your cushions inserts - quality is excellent. I took one 18" x 18" pillow, set it on my livingroom carpet and weighted it with 40 lbs. of coffee table books.     Hi there Everyone at Nusso,

    Just wanted to let you know I was really impressed with the service I got. The boxes arrived in good time, and were marked clearly with what was inside. I also was surprized to see my name printed on all the product which made me very proud to be selling this product in my store as my very own. It was a plesant surprize. no one told me you do that.     them so much they would like to order They are running an orphanage in Haiti and the children don't have pillows, so these will be

    Fantastic, attentive, friendly service.
    We recieved the shipments within days of ordering.
    We are using the quilt batting and pillow stuffing to create the snow effect needed for our 40' long float to be entered in the Orangeville Santa Claus Parade. The product will be perfect to not only resemble the toboggan hill and snow covered gingerbread house, but will serve as a little bit of insulation against the cold for the participants riding on the float!
    I was thrilled to be able to purchase the large quantity we required from a Canadian supplier at prices that blew your competition away both Canadian and Stateside!
